All Sales Are Final
Thank you for supporting independent art. Please note that all purchases made through Debra Rich - Art are final sale. Due to the handcrafted nature of original artwork, all sales are strictly final. However, if your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will work with you to find a resolution.

No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the delicate nature of original artwork and the high risk of damage during return transit, we do not offer returns. Please review all item descriptions, dimensions, and photos carefully before completing your purchase.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the United States only. Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, Debra Rich - Art is no longer liable for the item. This includes items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. While we are not liable for carrier errors, we care about your experience. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of any damage so we can assist you with a resolution."

Lost or Stolen Packages
Debra Rich - Art is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We are not liable for packages stolen from porches or mailboxes.

All custom commissions and personalized items are strictly non-refundable and final sale.
