Thank you for supporting independent art. Each piece in the Debbie Rich Art (also known as Debra Rich) collection is an original, handcrafted work. Please review all item descriptions, dimensions, and photos carefully before purchasing, and contact us with any questions before you buy.

All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure you are satisfied with your selection before completing your purchase.

Damaged Artwork

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with clear photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to find a fair resolution. If a return is required to process your damage claim, the item must be shipped back within 14 days of approval. Return shipping costs for damaged items are the responsibility of the customer.

Made-to-Order & Custom/Commissioned Artwork

All handcrafted artwork listed as "Made to Order" requires 3–4 weeks for creation and shipping. Because each piece is created individually by hand, the finished work will be similar in spirit and style to the image shown but beautifully unique — no two are exactly alike. If you have a specific vision or would like to commission a completely original piece, please visit our Contact page to discuss your ideas. All custom and commissioned work requires a non-refundable deposit. All made-to-order and custom sales are final.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the United States only, via USPS. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after your order is placed. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked "Delivered" by USPS, it is outside our control. We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or left unattended after delivery. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location when placing your order.
